Yes I have wondered about this question but take comfort from the fact that back in 2018 at the AGM the CEO was asked a question about China and I will not try to use his actual words but the effect of what he said was that Brainchip were very aware of the issues China presented regarding the release of IP and were being very cautious.
I also think similar comments were made in a later presentation but this one being the first acknowledgment sticks with me.
The reality is that if they want to steal the IP they will but in a way they can do what they like in China because Brainchip is not in their market and the patents will protect Brainchip products in the rest of the world where they intend to operate.
