Guys, be realistic in what we can achieve or how MSB might use this information (they probably already know and a few of the ODAC members I'd suggest), but at the very minimum, I'd struggle to understand why this guy did not flag it as a potential conflict of interest, particularly given he has then stood alone in his vote against.
Be very careful on social media etc guys. You don't want to allege any coercion at the FDA by this Physician (it could utlimately backfire on MSB) but asking the question as to why it was not disclosed is fair.
