T'is amazing what can be done with a snazzy new name and some wording in the anns which is economic with the truth.

From the ann of Sept 3, 2020

• The program took a total of 45 outcrop samples to the south and west of previously sampled areas.
• It Identified those rock types which host higher grade REE’S and Scandium
• The samples have between 59 and 693 PPM total REE, and 14 of the samples contain more than 300 PPM total REE (31%).
• Scandium content ranges from 1.4 to 23.5 PPM, and is roughly proportional to REE content.

The 31% applies to the 14 samples out of a total of 45 - some may easily confuse that with 300PPM being 31%, in fact 300 ppm is .03% ---

[move the decimal point 4 places to get from ppc (%) to ppm - ie 100 to 1000000.]

Don't plan any time soon to mine that rock.
