Yes.
guidelines do say results should be rounded to the second significant figure. 0.4 g/t only has 1 significant figure (the 4). however, guidelines do say 'in most situations', which clearly leaves this up for interpretation... and makes it fairly easy for anyone to chose to round up or not depending on if it looks good or bad.....
