This is a class action waiting to happen. Ticks all the boxes. Directors past and present have been massively derelict in their duties and governance (which is the role of the BoD) is evidently no where near good enough. There has been and will be a huge destruction in shareholder value. Who knows where this will trade... in the teens certainly, under 10c, possibly. The worst thing is that the discount rating will now be huge and no insto will touch this for a long long time so the climb back will be tough and prolonged.
