Question for Enumerate & others.


Are you sure lodging an exit notice doesn't in some way diminish your voting rights?

I'm short of trust these days & wondering if it could be claimed, "You issued an exit notice,as you want out,that fact is undisputed, So you can not now vote on things that effect the company going forward"

Just looking for fish hooks... Don't want the most vocal/proactive holders to be sidelined.
Bring on the offer & the inevitable post meeting wind up.

I don't think they have a handle on the "hell hath no fury like a note holder scorned" scenario
