In response to your inquiry, the Company provides the following.

It goes without saying that this period of suspension has been, and continues to be, a cause of great frustration for all shareholders - and the board and management and all at Skin Elements. The Company acknowledges this frustration, and its prime focus is to have the suspension lifted and SKN shares resume trading on the ASX at the soonest possible opportunity. To this end, Skin Elements' management team is doing all it can to achieve this outcome.

It is important to note that the Company is in the hands of the ASX on the matter of its suspension, and as such is not in control of the timeline and, as such, is not in a position to provide a timeframe for the lifting of the suspension and the recommencement of trading of its shares.

By way of background and context, the ASX has asked multiple series of questions of Skin Elements which, broadly, relate to corporate governance and process matters - and other information relating to the Company's announcements and reporting. The Company acknowledges the importance of the ASX's regulatory function, and is working with the ASX in a collaborative manner have these matters resolved - and it remains its goal that the suspension from trading will be lifted and SKN shares re-commence trading on the ASX in the near future.
