While property prices may have stagnated, dropped in some areas etc etc.... the thing to remember is while in this period we are now witnessing the lowest interest rates for many years, which in turn brings to an investor greater monthly returns than even in the boom period... when u look at yields and not just acceleration of house price growth.
Too many look at the "how much did my house go up in price this year" when really yields are far more important as the short term and yearly goal ..whereas growth of an asset is to be looked at long term.
