    If we are talking about other metal, you are right, but not uranium, RIO's Rossing is considering building the world's first commercial uranium heap leach operation, 'FIRST,'
    you can't say "conventional"

    we all know Rossing uranium TANK Leaching has one of the cheapest(if not cheapest) op cost in the world, they were
    'studying the economic feasibility of building a heap-leach pad', they don't know if heap-leach is economic or not yet, how can you say
    heap leaching for uranium is "cheaper & easier to produce in OPEX."

    we are talking about uranium not other metal, it's different.
