I called MVSS yesterday and was told Mal Clay would be back in the office Monday, they asked me the reason for the call and the person said that the MVSS web site will soon have details of all the correspondence between MVSS Lawyers and ASX plus the full requisition statement for shareholders to decide.
As of this morning I cant see anything related to Zylotech on the mvss web site.
If Mckay is hiding things or delaying the "inevitable" from shareholders then bring on the EGM.
I bought back in last week at 1/3 what I originally paid.. I agree with Bantrybay......
