The bot will be a seller, but at what price?

Retail were not the main buyer today with the price action at 2.9c constantly hitting the ask without pushing it higher. There was a whole bunch of late FOMO in the hour of power which pushed us to our closing price. Given yesterdays VWAP of 2.4c and todays of 3c I will assume that whoever it is now has an avg buy price of 2.7c.

Recent price action.
06/08 Low 1.6c High 2.1c Close 1.9c. Red the following day and dumped back to 1.6c a few days later
18/08 Low 1.8c High 2.2c Close 2c. Gapped up to 2.4c the following day and then dumped back to 1.8c the next day.
07/09 Low 2.1c High 2.6c Close 2.3c. Opened at 2.5c the following day and then dumped to 1.8c over the following three days.

Which bring us to the last two days where we haven't seen the day after dump. Could it occur tomorrow, quite possibly given that FIN has gone from 1.7c to 3.4c. Also it is a Fri so there will be traders who do not want to hold over the weekend. There is also the consideration of US dementia suffering President vs US dementia suffering Presidential wannabe. But the volume and price action seems a lot different this time.

Bots work both sides of the tape, and not always successfully.

I'm not knocking you cashing out today, I'm just stating how I see the recent price action. Will I lighten the load when I think the price has run too far past FA/TA?, of course. Capital preservation is key in this game. As is making the most of the opportunities that present each day on the ASX casino.
