Good on you Aj!

I've been moving home and office the last couple of days and haven't been able to read or post.

Just read as much as I could during a small break in the chaos - and great to see your common sense and intelligence shining through in a sea of garbage.

You are one of the few capable of seeing the detail AND the big picture and of developing a balanced view.

Others are going from bad to worse.

Take this nonsense from Bantry, for example:

"come on Aj...you can't keep on having a go at people who want to express their opinions and frustrations on this thread, calling it " garbage" and the like

The point of the thread is for people to say what they feel..not what they believe others want to hear".

Can't you see the irony in that BB? You are doing exactly what you are chiding Aj for doing! Your having a go at Aj just as he was having a go at Andy.

Of course, that's ok - just like you say in your last paragraph. Having 'a go' at people is fine - especially if they talk garbage - as Andy did and as so well pointed out by Aj - and so long as there is no malice or disingenuousness.

In other words BB, Aj is saying what HE FEELS - not what he believes what you or others want HIM to say.

If its good enough for other BB, its good enough for Aj. So please be consistent.

As for Andy, his post was garbage - like so many on this forum. One has the feeling that many SBN holders are in 8th grade, or thereabouts. It's obvious in their language and in their reasoning - or lack thereof.

Take Andy's garbage post.

Half-baked would be a generous description of it.

I'd suggest he ring Dr Sun - perhaps like a good journalist would - and ask him how he feels about where 'his life's work went'. I reckon he would get a very different appraisal to the intent of his stupid post.

The reason is Dr Sun is not concerned. In fact, we know he has been loading up.

How about Andy's comment that:

"I’m sure Dr Sun maybe wondering why his investment in his lives work is slowly disappearing to the hands of an incompetent management and Board members whose motives may not have shareholders interests at hart" (sic)

This sort of dumb-arse, unsubstantiated comment is a dime a dozen on SBN. Andy must have read too many posts from the likes of bonzaroony, bantrybay and leonadis.

Not one reason is given for why management is incompetent!

To keep reading these uninformed, unintelligent posts is enough to make you swear off HC for life. Mills and Boon, as bad as it is, has infinitely more artifice than most of the rubbish posted here.

What people like Andy and Bantry need to do is think. Rather than just sound off at management (why is it that so many humans need someone to blame for every setback or problem - no matter how much it is their fault) they need to get to the crux of the matter and then articulate it CONVINCINGLY.

Andy, if you can give me a list of reasons why management is incompetent - examples of things they have done wrong or things they should have done - then I wil be in a position to know whether or not your post is based on sound analysis - or whether it is just the frustrated venting of yet another disappointed punter who had been wanting to turn a relatively quick profit.

It's quite amusing watching the psychology at play here. Interesting to ponder why someone who had made a substantial loss would want to broadcast it to all and sundry. Ican think of one or two reasons.

Anyway, keep it up Aj. You're doing a sterling job. And you are only a few months off full vindication.
