Urban Legend. 99% its disgruntled SH that expect the market to move in a particular direction and the weighting machine chose otherwise. Instead of accepting market vagaries and sentiment they prefer to blame some phantom force.
It really is tiresome to read.
I have never know many a stock that was high quality and within the fullness of time not to achieve its discounted future cash flow price.
