You are fortunate to live in Gippsland where there are few restrictions compared to Melbourne. If you were able to share my experience of the last 6 months here in godforsaken Melbourne you may change your mind.

We have not seen our kids for 3 months despite them living about 12 kms away. No friends to our home, no coffee at our favourite cafe. All of our friends have been doing the right thing and yet are still suffering badly from these restrictions.
