need to start spreading the word to all shareholders that this is our opportunity to voice our disgust with how this company is being run by management and the BOD..
we collectively need to vote AGAINST resolutions 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6.
by voting against resolution 1 they will hopefully receive a strike and have to lift their game. we have already passed resolution 3. resolution 4 was more dilution. resolution 5 is un needed unless someone can come up with a reason why we should change our constitution resolution 6 just give them the ability to further dilute shareholding without our permission.
