What may be more scary than the time it's taking to find basic financing to build a commercial plant, is that if it's taking this long for financing, how long will it take to get an off-take? I suppose there's time, it won't be for at least a few more years before they are producing at full scale. But the competition are signing deals with Tesla before they have anything even in hand.... the irony of touting off all these years the 'fast tracked development strategy'.
