You clearly have the same view of accountability as Dan Andrews. It is a joke to say that the purpose of the inquiry is to learn why it happened so it doesn't happen again. None of the key "witnesses" have shown any curiosity whatsoever about getting to the truth. It has been a CYA activity, not a search for truth.
