Magpie. Welcome. Agree with you and Rhazz’s approach however last 6 yrs this company only does the bare minimum in my opinion. I feel your plight will be wasted if holders only ask questions at AGM.
All for harmony. But you need to set up meeting with SB way before AGM and clearly present concerns. Demand 2 new board positions with SB. 3 in total not 4. One position has to be permanently removed in my opinion.
Can I ask how people have concluded that board has 60-70%. This has been said numerous times and I can’t come up with same sums. SB only has 28.8%. Boards another 12-14%. Around 42-44%. Cheers appreciate the exactly calculations guys what have I missed. Thks.
