    i would agree with docmin to first have respectful conversation with SB before AGM and raise Qs then.

    i like docmin am looking for exit ... So if Robkill wants board position ... I would consider giving you my vote. It doesnt sound like fun though, mate, joining a closed club of mats (a lions den).. I admire your pasion.
    It would improve the independence and confidence in the company for sure.
    Youll have to outline your creds though.
