Ann: Goldman Sachs retained to seek buyers for Co, page-22

re: Ann: Goldman Sachs retained to seek buyer... surely GS have not taken six months to come to the coclusion that MAE do not have the capital to develop the assets... we already new that!

This does give some weight to the theory that they have been doing the ground work on a sale/merger over this period whicc may mean that an offer for the company may not be too far away?

Still speculation until something is actually announced but it would be nice :-)
