GPT announce that they have written down the value of their portfolio by 11%.
That is unbelievable and that is why the price is dropping.
If someone offered GPT the so called written down value of their properties they would sell it straight away. Unfortunately the true value is well below the 11% writedown and the market knows this.
By the end of the year they will be doing another cap raising.
GPT is not looking good !
