IN A NUTSHELL

Share holder have no say on the pay packet

The board believe that to attract the current CEO to do his job ... they need to pay him so much.

I am going to write an email to BBP as she wanted to pass on my feedback to the current CEO.( dont know if this is true but rather do something then nothing)

Over all she was very helpful and also stress she has money in the company.
