It's pointless to try and organise a defence - it's clear that the banks are unwilling to lend and AM and crew have saddled any other outcome with a $25m break fee.
How would you really feel about a capital raising that you had to first pay a $25m fee for?
Only hope now is for a higher offer or if FIRB scuttles it (in which case govt would have to put up the money the banks won't put in).
