hc - defections are starting

Disgruntled HC defectors fed up with not just the slowness of the site, but also with "managements" failure to provide courtesy information about the problem, are gravitating to other sites.

Some may never return.

A pity really - and not really necessary.

Just a bit of courtesy and information from The Financial Arena about the nature of the problem and the steps being taken to remedy it, would allay much of the frustration being felt.

Someone needs a "public relations" boot in the posterior regions.

This is not really "best practice".

C'mon HC - time to get the act together.
