don`t count the chickens before the eggs hatch.. once this starts moving there will be dumping, alot of 25k shares 25c or,so they can take up the offer @ 19.5c...this was capped they can let it run up, sell what they brought take up the offer ,, news will make this run and if they had any they would have raised the money alot HIGHER
