A plausible explanation that tolling arrangement is so much in demand, that is tolling mining production is not sustainable.... I still shaking my head why HRZ just takes the punt and FID building a mill sooner than later. .. I am sure we have sufficient resource and current Gold prices building a mill would be economic.

I also think something is stirring with Silver price we have nice bounce in silver price but I am thinking it go beyond USD$30/oz in the medium term. It will be interesting what comes out strategic review on Nimbus...
