Any shareholder that has done their due diligence and researched the company knows the risks. Msb has continuously outlined the key risks for the company within their annual financial reports.
The lawfirm as said many times by others have no basis for this claim and lodge hundreds of these every year with the majority being thrown out.
See an extract of this year's preliminary financial report from msb below outlining key risks, I advise all who don't know to go and read the risks section, the report is available on the asx website (msb announcements).
