Hi All,

I personally couldn't be happier with the news. A cap raise at this stage of Moguls' growth, is right on schedule and is perfectly timed with market conditions, as well as having both Kate and Michael's input/experience now being firmly tested for the first time. Remember, although none of us know (yet) what the Cap raise is for, this IS the exact reason as to why we all invested (a lot) into ESH in the first place, upon signing of the star studded board.

Yes, a cap raise will most likely mean that our shares will be somewhat diluted, and more shares will be released into the market, but this will also (most likely) means that we as current holders will receive a discount to buy more shares. Which if this is to be the case, sign me up, i'm definitely going to be doing this.(I believe that this is called 'A renounceable entitlement offer' (Big Will or Sidewinder (Or anyone else!) - fact check this one please!

No doubt a cap raise can go in a lot of directions, but I have no doubt in my mind that the BOD and ESH as a whole would only be doing this if it benefitted all SH's long terms and the businesses short, to mid to long term growth.

Only time will tell, but for me, it's a big tick.
