I don't hold OZL but know a number of people who do and am very disappointed for them. Great deal for everyone but the bulk of shareholders that would be holding from higher prices.

Sadly OZL has been destroyed by mismanagement - firstly of leverage and secondly of an incredibly bad currency play. How ironic that ZFX came about because of Pasmincos failures with currency hedging.

BHP would surely only be interested in Prominent Hill as the other assets likely aren't of sufficient size to make a material difference to their business.
