Solar, SPRD is interesting. Market cap 39M, 73M cash, 3.6M debt... and Chinese market has been on a tear this year.
I've played US-listed solars too. I'm glad JASO isn't on your list. Management leaves a lot to be desired. They lost a crap load on Lehman BK and their guidance has been way off recently. LDK is my fav tho, hence the handle. SOLR also came out with nice earnings recently. Right now I have ESLR on my watch list. Been heavily beaten down but they're a direct beneficiary of Obama's energy plan. GL!
