There was an article published somewhere online on the weekend saying that all the labs here are snowed under with a huge backlog of samples to assay from what they were calling the new gold rush, heaps of drilling going on. It's hard to get hold of a driller in WA, they're all working flat out already. Have to pay four times the going rate for a fast turnaround from a lab apparently.
