Top graph shows the bollinger bands getting tighter, accumulation has been happening for the past couple of months. Tighter bands are generally periods of low volatility are often followed by periods of high volatility. Therefore, a volatility contraction or narrowing of the bands can foreshadow a significant advance (or decline, which is very unlikely in my opinion. If they find more than dirt, then this will be flying upwards).
On the very far right of the top graph, there is an orange dot which shows the Parabolic SAR (stop and reverse) change from downward pressure (from the sellers) to upward pressure (more buyers). The stock has been moving sideways for a while, so this SAR is showing a change in momentum from sideways to increases in SP.
MACD also aligns with this, as the sell off has turned around and increasing upward momentum is shown.
Breakout is imminent here IMO, fingers crossed to see these gold results
