Here is a sensible plan that can be implemented easily and quickly.
1. Isolate positive case people at home with security on front door and back door 24/7
2. Do asymptomatic testing in outbreak areas.
3. Have a DHHS squad going to every business that wants to open up and confirm the business has an appropriate Covid safe plan. One open if they have a positive case they get shut down immediately, deep clean , testing etc and then get a audit before reopening again.
4. Continually test whether contact tracing is working.
5. Implement widespread tracing of close contacts and their close contacts and their close contacts.
Doing these 5 things will go a long way to to protecting Victoria from the excesses and incompetence of Andrews and allow Victoria to breathe again and slowly get back to some sanity.
