IMO the price is not appropriate and reflects only the extremely poor management of the company and the current debt position. Take those away and we're back to talking a $2+/share company, likely more.
The question is though, are there any big players out there likely to reject the offer? I'm not sure that my personal non-acceptance of the offer is really going to worry the Chinese that much...
