i think the whole point is that the company is just fet up with what bs the market is paying for their shares.

Its about real value to shareholders, and that, t/o slaps real value, opportunisticly discounted to suitable buyer.

Yes the market might pay 58c for 500bcf, but for get that.

Its about what the asset is worth to the right aggresor.

I think we will get anything from 1.50-3.40. for an outright t/o.

Gas plays highly sought, and not to be thrown away like a lead, zinc nicol play.
