Has nothing to do with the current entity but the current management are showing excellent corporate governance in advising the market of the proceedings in relation to former directors which is ensuring the market is fully informed. Should have no impact whatsoever on SP and in fact should give shareholders further confidence in the new management. IMHO smart move doing post market close so people can actualyl digest the announcement rather than merely read the headline. Good work BNL
