    The price they would like to pay
    The price they are willing to pay
    It's a lot cheaper to buy a gas field compared to finding and developing one.

    Once the market is informed of the 1P & 2P reserves plus announcements informing the market offers have been received I doubt the price they would like to pay will become irrelevant.
    The price they are willing to pay will become relevant.
