Not to be overly simplistic, there was a big dump of shares by some insto this morning, and here's the bottom line: The sp is UP. Duuuuuhhhhhh.....
Some people feel that there are reasons to exit, and quite apparently, there are those who feel that there is a good reason to enter. That's how the share market works, SB and others.
SB has ignored one of the company's statements in the letter provided yesterday, that being that no one on either the banks' or company's side has brought in anyone whose field is receivership, administration or bankruptcy.
Poor results, sure. Restructuring debt, sure. But Valad's assets still outweigh their liabilities. Only a handful of companies are not in this position, let's face it. If the banks were going to withdraw from their relationships with every company that has debt and is swimming in these waters, we might as well just go back to tilling the fields with oxen and be done with it.
