MAG (Summary) - On The Cusp of a Major Discovery, page-1456

Tony Walsh, MAG's Company Secretary there with David Flanagan most of the way and even though Flanagan was his boss, Walsh was his biggest mentor in his career.

I'd back Tony Walsh to get things done over 90% of junior company MD's.

He was there too with IGO and led the $440m Nova project financing.

Good to have both there for contacts, negotiations, building and financing mines, mergers/acquisitions (all of which they did plenty of at AGO, from $9M to $4B+).

But even better is having Peter leading the exploration and finding another Boda or two or better.

Steven Oxenburgh is there too with Peter and he ain't too shabby either (he's the one who brought over all the Gold Fields projects into MAG after working at Gold Fields).

And then there's Grey Egerton-Warburton, MAG's adviser and now 4th biggest shareholder, who is the Dealmaker of Dealmakers and who raised billions in his time and who was also there with Flanagan and Walsh advising and raising $100's of millions for AGO and growing it from $9M to $4B+ (and AGO was just one of his babies, others were SIR from $10M to $1.8B takeover, etc) - now all on MAG for some reason...

But nothing new there - we all know all of this already!
