I too like this company (well mostly their prospects, not so much their past history of management) but obviously you and I disagree that the earlier announcement was clear to the satisfaction of the ASX. It was not, otherwise there would not be a call for clarification.
I'm not saying this is a bad thing, in fact it may turn out better for the company this way as it may just frighten a few day traders off, allowing volume to build in a sustainable way.
