Why would 2 covid hotspots have the possibility of a travel bubble?
Travel insurance will not cover covid, no responsible business would send their staff on a confined plane with a high chance if getting a deadly airbourne virus, with some people taking months to recover if they survive and with permanent side effects. Its completely unnecessary when you can quickly, cheaply and safely have this interaction on zoom and soon with VR. The risk of death, medical bills, cost and time of quarantining, legal ramifications etc. must be considered. The possibility of safe air travel until there is instant testing or effective treatments would be negligent at best IMO.
