A better read HW. Valad should go for a run before the half yearlies IMO, below 4 cents when even an ultra conservative estimate of NTA would be around 20c there is ample intrinsic value for a long term accumulator.
I would like to see some more property sales though, this has been too sluggish of late, or at least we are not being informed. They need to sell stuff even if it's at a big discount, my fear is they won't and will cling to the empire, and in a years time the situation could be Centro like. Refinancing debt not good enough, they gotta utilise what the got.
