Sorry to be a downer but I don't think it's coming within two weeks. we are currently in the voting stages of elections. Voting ends 17th. IMO no bubble until next year.
No guarantee, even though it looks likely, that the current party will still be in power. The new government comes in between 15-25 November. I don't see them going forward with anything until after the Christmas period.

I want this up and running as soon as possible but i believe there are too many other events going on close to home that will unfortunately take priority
