If the full coal tonage report is due "shortly" (which is open to interpretation), then I wonder what JH's motive was for pre releasing a "teaser" now?
Could it be because he is going to be meeting with persons of interest at the conference?
Because the drilling campaign is being organised and CTP don't want the "BiG" guys to think they are in control?
Why else??
