    There is a CASH OFFER of 82.5cents, why would you sell for 67cents? Chinese are not the type to mess around. FIRB will approve, why would you sell? Who cares about Hagerty, Mich, cusack....FIRB will approve and then you get out at 82.5 cents, why panic and lose 20%+......
