I've just been reading up about ZLD after a friend mentioned the ticker.

Is anyone slightly worried about the 1billion + shares on offer right now? I have invested in cannabis and hemp since the initial boom back in 2017 and my fear is that with the mass amounts of red tape and regulation australia has (I know they're exposed to the US and Canada) companies like this inevitably dilute and dilute and dilute leaving not much upside.

Cheers guys, I don't mean to be cynical, just walking in with some fresh eyes trying to see what's happening here.
