I mentioned this figure to the coy in Dec/Jan and it was suggested to me the going rate was closer to $1.50/mcf on sales in the US.
This figure may have reduced again and other variables both tangible and intangible may effect it. Anyway DYOR and verify sales amounts .
I used this amount conclude sale price -all things being equal - to be $1.20US.
I however think the new IRR will produce between 500-550 bcf of 2P . If it comes out much less than that we have wasted a lot of money for not a lot.
Which takes the sale price to close to $1.90. My own thought is $1.85US. provided their are only pleasent surprises in the coming announcements. All above is deductive speculation only.
