People seem to forget market cap. If a $10m m/c stock has a good drill result, then it means something, resulting in a big run. But if the stock is $50m or $100m m/c, then it might be expected, resulting in little share price movement. Also, look at the chart. If the stock keeps getting sold down from specific levels, then it's likely there are trapped holders or brokers selling all rallies.
