Interesting! I would never have thought of Akida being used as a smart stethoscope for a car. Considering they have written this on their webpage, it may be reasonable to assume that one of the car manufacturers has been looking at Akida for this type of application, and may be close to fruition?
(Why else would vibration analysis be discussed over some of the more higher profile automotive applications?)
