    re: Ann: Goldman Sachs retained to seek buyer... The previous high was with the current reserve value 319BCF, the newer valuations which are higher than the 1.80 all would be assuming a large % increase in the 2P reserve.
    This is the first time the coy has formally told the market it is up for sale. Therefore there is a takeover premium which would not be there if the coy was going to continue trading.
